The Statistics in focus collection is intended for short specialised ad hoc publications. Up to January 2008, HICP were published in the Statistics in focus collection covering primarily the indices and rates for the euro area, the European Union, the European Economic Area (Iceland and Norway) and national HICPs of Member States. Since January 2008, this publication has been replaced by the 'Data in focus' collection.
