The UNECE Statistical Division is proud to announce the release of the Generic Statistical Information Model, a major new standard to support the modernisation of official statistics.
The Model is the result of intensive cooperation between over 20 national and international statistical organisations around the world, facilitated by the UNECE. It is part of a wider programme of work to increase the efficiency of statistical organisations to meet the growing demands for data in our increasingly digital societies.
