Human resources strategy

The aim of the CSB Human Resources Strategy is to employ staff that is capable of creative and independent work. The objective of the Strategy is to improve the tools for personnel development and training so that employees were perfectly able to implement the common strategy of the CSB and to engage fully in the fulfilment of the CSB aims.

CSP Human Resources Strategy addresses the following areas of activity:

  • reduction of staff turnover rate;
  • enhancing of professional expertise;
  • planning and management of carrier opportunities.
