The Coastal Member States of the European Union (EU) consist of the 22 Member States with a sea border:

For the sake of completeness, the following 5 EU Member States do not have a sea border: Austria (AT), Czech Republic (CZ), Hungary (HU), Luxembourg (LU) and Slovakia (SK).
