The Eurostat regional yearbook is an online Eurostat publication, also available in paper or downloadable PDF format (latest edition 2012, ISBN: 978-92-79-24940-2, ISSN: 1830-9674, doi: 10.2785/29433, Eurostat cat.: KS-HA-12-001-EN-C).
The articles are updated or replaced at least once a year (the present versions are from February 2012 or later).
